Order Status

Orders placed from Monday to Friday until 12:30 p.m. processed same day.

Orders placed on Friday (after 12:30pm), Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.

Delivery (as long as all the products of your order are ready for delivery) takes place within 2 days for the capitals of prefectures and large cities.

Regarding hard-to-reach/remote areas, delivery takes up to 3 days.

The above delivery times are indicative, refer to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on the conditions and availability of the goods.

You can receive at another address if you state it during the order phase.
